A&E Breads and More is a veteran owned home based business, located in northern Elkhart County, Indiana. We offer freshly baked items including a variety of breads, as well as breakfast pastry, pies, cookies, muffins and candies. We can ship anywhere in Indiana. We also offer delivery to a limited area, and, of course, free pickup.

U.S. Navy Veteran
Started baking while proudly serving in the U.S. Navy. Completed Mess Management Specialist training school and served as ship's baker for three years.

Classically trained in European styles, excelling in breads and pastries.
Ordering Details
Items are scratch baked, and as such, lead times for special order items are necessary. Preorders for large quantity of items regularly sold at the farmer's market also require lead time. See FAQ for lead times, or contact us either via email, text or phone call with any questions.

As we deal in perishable food products, all sales final.
FAQs
Q: Where do I purchase product?
A:There are multiple ways to get our delicious products. We are at the Goshen Farmer's Market on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Tuesdays from 3 PM to 7 PM (May thru October). You can place an order for pick up at the Goshen Farmer's Market by email or text.
Q: Is delivery available?
A: We offer a very limited delivery area within Elkhart County. We also will mail product within the state of Indiana. All orders can be picked up on Saturday or Tuesday at the Goshen Farmer's Market.
Q: How long is normal lead times?
A: Special orders need to be submitted by Wednesday for pick-up at Saturday markets, and by Sunday for Tuesday markets.
Q: Can product be returned?
A: No. All sales are final.
Q: Is the production facility inspected by county agencies?
A: No. Under Indiana cottage food laws, facilities are not required to be inspected. Operators are, however, required to be food handler sanitation certified.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: All payments are required when order is placed. However, orders placed for pickup at the Goshen Farmer's Market can be paid for at pickup. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay (at the market)

"Best Chocolate Chip Cookie, Ever" Mix

Our chocolate chip cookie is a favorite of our customers. Crispy edges and soft center, packed with 3 types of chips. This mix has the dry ingredients you need to make our cookie at home, and enjoy right out of the oven. You will need to supply the butter, eggs and vanilla. Instructions are included.
